can't find lump sum or rate price item types on sourcing RFQ & Complex PO

 Hi Fellows,
I created a complex document style and selected the following pay items (Milestone - Rate - Lump Sum).
When I create a sourcing RFQ or directly create a complex PO I find only the Milestone pay item (no list, just the milestone). The profile option POR: Amount Based Services Line Type is set to ‘Fixed Price Services’.
