Custom table not pickable in interface information table selection Desktop Integrator

Created a custom table for assignment of upload in setting up custom desktop integrator and i can not select it as it does not appear under owner BNE. Screen shots attached inclduing script to used to create table.  I select Web Applications Desktop Integrator while in the responsibility Desktop Integration Manager>>>Create Integrator and follow the steps until I get to the Interface Information page and try to select the table name. Table name does not exist under BNE% search. I must be missing a step in the set-up of the table.
Doers it need to somehow be pointed to the application?
