Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. kindly advice on the importance and behaviour of the field "Not to exceed' in the repair estimate tab of oracle depot repair

it accepts +ve numbers only. post accepting those + ve number where exactly it is used and validated ?
