PO 3-way match full received and quantity fully billed for a lower dollar amount not automatically c
Hi,
We are on version 12.1.3
We have a PO that has been fully received and the AP invoice has been applied with the quantity fully matched, however the amount is less than the PO amount. The PO has not automatically closed, but I was under the impression that if the quantity is fully received and fully billed then the PO is closed automatically. Does anyone know if the dollar amount matched in AP must also match the PO dollar amount to close the PO?
