plsql stored procedure XML report completing warning status

 Hi gurus,I've converted PL/SQL report into EXCEL output by using XML functions. I've generated XML tags in output file and passing those tags to rtf template.

Report is working fine if i did submit for 1000 records. And when I submit report 50K records it is going in completed warning status continously.

I've tried to check OPP log file at concurrent Manager level but it is throwing me below error message in output file 

The Applications File Server could not open the file /u02/dev2/dev2comn/admin/log/DEV2_devapp04/FNDOPP78784.txt for read.

I even tried to check that file from application server the afore said does not exists at all.
