upgrade 9i to 11g on AIX 7.1

I have upgraded database from 9.2.0.8 AIX 64-bit 2-node RAC to 11.2.0.3 on AIX 7.1 standalone (6 TB size DB). This system is for reporting (MIS) purpose. While testing I didn't faced any issue, but when I made it live got serious performance issue due to which i rollback 11g production to 9i. I completed my installation and upgrade according to oracle document and applied JAN2013 PSU as well.
