Cannot find taken GRN no

Hi,
we have taken 4 items in one GRN the number was generated 113140240. when we tried to find this GRN we could not found and PO was pending. So user did this activity again for twice, now GRN numbers are 113140241 & 113140242. But still PO 13140201 is still pending and we can do this procedure again & again.
It is showing in receiving transactions.

Please Suggest onwards.
