entity member missing in webforms after loading Member lists

Hi Friends,

Customer has migrated the Member lists from UAT environment to PROD.

After loading Member lists into application for 2 forms, particular member is not dispalying in web forms.

But the missing entity member can be seen in both PROD and UAT member lists file.

Please help to solve this issue.
