Is Ops Center better than ASR on hardware monitoring?

Hello,

Customer has enable  ASR at site to do hardware monitoring. At the same time, customer is asked to use Ops Center for their new Oracle servers. Now customer has a question "is Ops Center better than ASR on hardware monitoring"? As I am not familiar with ASR, please advise what is the advantages using Ops Center instead of ASR?
