Save file option no availabe for Exprot data on Production instance, Test is ok

  

   Dear,

   Under the HR responsibility, i am trying to exprot data under the file menu, although the progress bar get complet 100 percent but the save window doesn't apprear on prod instanct. However, the same case working fine on test instance with the sam machine.

 

  Could you pls share your experience.
