Deliver-to from preferences decides sourcing rule

Hi

We have found that when creating requisitions for internal items, the sourcing rules seem to be determined by the deliver-to address from the users preferences rather than the deliver-to address. E.g. if the deliver-to address on the user's preferences is assigned to inventory A (e.g. a local warehouse), and the user chooses a deliver-to address on the requisition, which is assigned to inventory B (e.g. a central warehouse), the requisition will still try to source the item from inventory A. If, for instance, the item is only stored in central warehouse B, but not in A, the user ends up with a
