Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Synchronizing Attachments to Exchange using SSSE

Hi All,

Synchronization of Calendar Appointments using SSSE with Web Service Connector works fine (We are using it one-way only: From Siebel to Exchange).

But what about attachments of Siebel activities? At the moment they are not getting attached to the Exchange record.

In Bookshelf (SSSE Guide p. 197) I can read

About Adding an Attachment to an Appointment
If you add an attachment to a Microsoft Outlook calendar appointment, the attachment is not
synchronized with Siebel Business Applications because SSSE does not currently support
synchronization of calendar attachments.

but this is talking from Outlook to Siebel only. What about Siebel to Outlook?
