sbl-dbc-00104 error retrieving next record from the database at View: Report Standard Template Regis

 Hi,
After I did Repository Merge at Siebel 8.1.1.10 I get error: "sbl-dbc-00104 error retrieving next record from the database" when trying to go to view: Report Standard Template Registration Admin View

This View is placed in Site Map --> Administration - BI Publisher Reports --> Reports - Standard Templates

I read that there can be issue between column lenght but can't find it.
I rise log level on my component (eCommunications_enu) and checked SQL statement but in SQL Developer it goes fine.

Does anyone had similar issue ?

I will be gratefull for help.
