Report Generated with proper data in UAT but in PROD no data

Hi All,
we have some set of rtf and xdo for reports which generating report with proper data in UAT but when same sources deployed in PROD and tested not giving all the values, please refer the attachment for the screenshot of the generated report.

As PROD environment has confidential data, we dont have much access to the PROD environment.

As reports need to go live at the earliest any quick help/suggestions are welcome, if need any more info please let me know.
