Multiple databases on RAC - local and SCAN listeners

What is the best practice with local listeners, and scan listeners, if I have more than one very active database on a RAC.

Is it advisable to have separate set of SCAN listeners and sepaprate local listeners

or

is it advisable to have single set of SCAN listener and separate local listeners (if possible)

or

single  set of SCAN and single local listener.
