We have currently went live with Oracle Payroll (EBS) on Jan. 1, 2013 with plans to implement OTL at a later date.  However, recently OTL has been descoped along with Projects, EAM and other related modules in exception of Finance.

We are currently looking for solutions/options to capture time without using OTL or using OTL on a limited basis(only to capture time for Payroll).  Are their any Oracle clients using Payroll EBS without OTL or using OTL on a limited basis?
