Canceling a Requisition in iProcurement won't update the status of the requisition

Hello dear Gurus
We are having an issue with iProcurement when we cancel a Requisition. The system says that the Requisition has been canceled. But the status of the Requisition still says Approved.

Is there any known issue? We are working on a R12 EBS instance.

In Production the process works but not in Test.
