Help using APS, MySupport

Hi,

I don't know if this is the right community, there are hundreds to choose from, which makes it difficult for me to find the most appropriate one.

I am trying to report a problem and seek assistance with Oracle's Access Provisioning System, which has instructed me to create a service request to PDIT BAS SECURITY SERVICES... CONS.

I do not know how to do that. Which tool do I use? Which category do I select? Which sub category do I select?
