HR Benefits: Enrollment is ignoring plan options and enrolling in SGL coverage only

Our Medical plan has options FAM with DBAs 2005 and 5005. It has SGL with DBAs 2001 and 5001. When someone elects FAM coverage, Enrollment With Eligibility shows FAM as the option, but assigns the DBAs for SGL coverage. The EE DBA instructions match this - meaning they show the SGL DBAs when the person really enrolled in FAM coverage. I have an SR open with Oracle, but has anyone else experienced this? We are testing 9.1 with tools 9.1.2, coming up from Xe......

(Also we actually have several medical plans and this happens with all of them.)
