A user had their laptop reimaged. Before the reimage, Report Manager output worked fine. Currently, the user can not use report manager at all. We have gone through all the notes on report manager setups; Excel setups; Internet Explorer Setups; BNE staging directly; etc etc. We have had multiple people check his settings. He can log onto another computer and the output works just fine. So, it is definitely a setting on the computer but I am at a complete loss as to which setting. We have uninstalled and reinstalled excel (actually the entire Microsoft Office).
Another note; I can go view his request and publish the excel output on my computer without a problem. Our default is to publish in excel. When he trys; he either gets a blank spreadsheet (using generic template) or our company specific template with no data (when trying to publish with a custom template)
