ORA-39928 on '_TAB' tables

 We are attempting a platform migration using Transportable Tablespaces.  When running the pre-check auxttspre.sql we have about 20 files that are returning errors as shown below...
ORA-39928: TABLE CSR.CSR_RULES_B in tablespace APPS_TS_TX_DATA contains evolved 
type data that have not been upgraded. 
ORA-39928: TABLE APPS.spPlanScope283_TAB in tablespace APPS_TS_TX_DATA contains 
evolved type data that have not been upgraded. 
ORA-39928: TABLE APPS.spMaxPlanOptions284_TAB in tablespace APPS_TS_TX_DATA 
contains evolved type data that have not been upgraded. 
ORA-39928: TABLE APPS.spMaxCalcTime285_TAB in tablespace APPS_TS_TX_DATA 
contains evolved type data that have not been upgraded.
