Extreme slowness: warning Using swap space, 80.17% warning threshold (80) and critique (95)

Hello

I need help to fix a slowness problem of Oracle 11g

An Oracle Database 11g has been installed on a T4-1 server sparc.
The server has 128GB of physical RAM and 16GB of disk swap.
The maximum shared memory is seted to 100GB (project.max-shm-memory = (priv, 100GB, deny) "user.oracle)

When we launch the application, it takes a 2 to 4 minutes display.

What can i do please?
