E1 Pages - How to Set the default page

Hello,

I am new to E1 pages and have so far been successful in creating an E1 page, uploading the page into P982400, activating, and publishing the page. I would like to set the standard Enterprise One splash screen as the default screen that the user sees after logging in but I cannot find any examples or documentation on how to do this. Has anyone else been successful at doing this?
