PAXPREPR.fmx was not generated successfully after applying patch 9147733.

We have the following problem. We started to apply patch 9147733 "Oracle Financials 12.1.3 Product Family Release Update Pack" on instance with EBS 12.1.12 and DB 11.1.0.7.

However, after patch was applied, the following form was not generated successfully:

pa forms/US PAXPREDR.fmx 

We regenerated this forms with adadmin, but it failed again. Found following in worker's log:
