purchase requisition is in approved status but workflow status monitor is not available

 Hi,

purchase requisition is in approved status but workflow status monitor is not available.

In po_requisition_headers_all table wf_item_key and wf_item_type is null.

So the email notifications are not sent to the appropriate person.
