Unable to auto-send mails from Oracle test manager(OATS)??

 Hi
I have 2 questions
1)I am unable to send an email of all test run statuses from oracle test manager.I want to send an email of the test run status.Please tell me how to do it.
2)I am able to send emails when the description (only when owner changes) of a test has been changed but I also want to be sent emails if other things(priority,Functionality,description (all are enabled in trigger email notification)).Please tell me where i did wrong.
