Information Required to create a concurrent request which will delete/resubmit the stuck records fro

Hi,

We are planning to create a concurrent request which will delete/resubmit the stuck records from wip_move_txn_interface table for that we require following information.

1) In case of Resubmit which Seeded Program should be called.

2) How many backup tables is required.

3) Purge strategy of backup table
