Unidentified Payments

Hi Community

We have received money in our bank account which we don't know where it comes from, meaning it does not have a customer we are not able to identify the customer. We have a request to clear these amounts from the Age Analysis Report as they are lying there some backed date to 2010. I would like assistance in the process of clearing these Unidentified Payments from the Age Analysis Report.
