How can OSM Split the order based on the SUBTYPE

Hi,
We are using ithe OSM7.2.0.4 version.
We have requirment like:
In the requirment we have an Order with order type as "changeSIM" with sub-order_type as "Suspend". Order will have both Order type and SubOrderType.
Need to understand the process of we can achieve the same in the OSM.
Please suggest if any body know the process of spliting the order based on the order sub type.
