Hidden Accounts

Hi All,

One of our user facing strange issue which is I am going to share.

Problem:

User is not able to see her own accounts using ALL Account view or My Accounts View.

So I have connected user’s machine then I searched for her accounts based on Account Status. Then I got the correct result means I got all the accounts, which she owns.

Typically it is the problem with only her machine.

When she logins with other machine there is no issue.

Please could you provide me your ideas and solutions?

It seems to be the problem with some history files.
