Oracle E-Business Suite 11i slow performance

Hi,

We have 2 tier setup in our production environment.

- 1 application server(which is our forms and web server)
- 2 database servers (RAC 2 nodes 1 database , database server and concurrent manager server)

For the EBS version, we are using 11.5.10.2

For Database, we are using 10.2.0.4

Currently, we are received feedback from our users that the EBS 11i performance is very slow.

Can anyone help us where do we start checking to address this slowdown issue in our production environment?
