How to Identify an ODM web form submission - based on the pretty url parameters

Hi,
Scenario: The ODM Pretty URL is embed in to our website through an iframe.
Objective: To identify the completion of a form submission from the website.

For Ex: <iframe src="https://odmstageuser1.crmondemand.com/go/INSEAD1CTE02/AIEP_Brochure"></iframe>

Now we would like to perform some action from the website after the completion of the ODM web form submission.
Are there any ways to notify the website that integrates the ODM form as an iframe about the submission.
For Ex: append parameter to the URL, flags or etc.
