Advise on upgrade and moving of VM's between pools (x86)

Hi,

My current environment consists of...

Oracle Virtual Manager at v3.2.2

2 x Pools

Pool1 has 2 x OVS servers at v3.0.3

Pool2 has 2 x OVS servers at v3.1.1

Both pools have there own pool file system and storage repository presented over NFS.

My goal is to move the VM's from the Pool1 to Pool2 and then get rid of Pool1 eventually.  My questions are...

1.  How can I move these easily?  I can present the storage from the OVS servers on Pool1 to the OVS servers on Pool2 quite easily if that is one of the steps required?

2.  Can I upgrade the 2nd server in the 3.1.1 pool to 3.2.2 then bring it up, migrate the VM's off the 1st server to the 2nd server and do the same upgrade on the 1st server.  I have no experience of doing this and would like experienced knowledge if poss?
