Questiion regading PSU and CPU patching

Hi Every one

i have 2 quick questions  with example

1)  I am on 11.2.0.3 database and i am still using cpu patching . I have applyed july 2012 cup patches . and i missed oct 2012 cpu patches . now can i apply directly jan 2013 cpu patches

2)  I have one more 11.2.0.3 database and i am using psu patches for this and i have applied july 2012 PSU patches and i missed OCT 2012 PSU . Now can i apply directly JAN 2013 PSU to environment

if you have any FAQ'q on this topic please share me the notes
