Error while scheduling a Product Group for Guided stock counts.

 Hi All,
While scheduling the Product group for Guided Stock counts, I encountered the following error. 

Getting an error on UI as "javax.ejb.EJBException: Transaction Rolledback.; nested exception is: weblogic.transaction.internal.TimedOutException: Transaction timed out after 300 seconds BEA1-63BC8E336D0779B8A5B0;".

But in Sim.log file, found the error as "ERROR-118  User: orsimadmin  Time: 4/15/13 3:20 PM  Type: SimServerException   Message: Unable to execute Stored Procedure[{call STOCKCOUNTS.generate_stock_counts (?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)}]:    Root Cause: ORA-03111: break received on communication channel
 
java.sql.SQLTimeoutException: ORA-03111: break received on communication channel".

Can we increase the timer? if so in which file can we increase it.
