Dynamic Concurrent Request Scheduling

Hi,
We have a number of concurrent requests that are required to run every minute between 09:00 and 18:00. We want the ability to amend this frequency outside of these hours to every 10 minutes. Is there any way in which this can be achieved within eBusiness using the scheduler?
