POXPOPDOI Operating Unit Mode value to M or S ?

Hi,

In R12.1.3, what should be the Operating unit mode value of a concurrent program in case of MOAC responsibilities using same conurrent program.

We came accorss the error -

ERROR
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows in Package po.plsql.PO_PDOI_PVT.
Procedure init_sys_parameters.0
