How to convert BIP reports created in Oracle BI EE Catalog TO Oracle BI Publisher - File System?

Hi Experts,
We have 2 catalog type in BI Publisher Under Server Configuration.

1) Oracle BI Publisher - File System
2) Oracle BI EE Catalog

Question is Can we convert BIP reports created in Oracle BI EE Catalog TO Oracle BI Publisher - File System ?
