workes fails to upload polkup.ldt when upgrading to R12 from 11i

Hi

Please help me resolving below error

Uploading from the data file /eas/app/APSVCP/R12/12i/po/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/polkup.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/eas/app/APSVCP/R12/12i/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/aflvmlu.lct(120.0.12010000.1), /eas/app/APSVCP/R12/12i/po/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/polkup.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /eas/app/APSVCP/R12/12i/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/aflvmlu.lct(120.0.12010000.1) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /eas/app/APSVCP/R12/12i/po/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/polkup.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (FND_LOOKUP_TYPE FND ICX_POR_REALM_COMPONENT , FND_LOOKUP_VALUE N ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
