Patch for Oracle EBS 12.1.3 (HRMS- Lagestilative data)

Hi, I have downloaded Patch 10015566 - R11.HR_PF.K.delta.6 as per Note 145837.1.

My EBS is 12.1.3 and I clicked on the right link as mentioned but I ma not sure that I have downloaded the exact patch or no. Could please verfiy this.

Moreover I downlaoded it to install hrglobal.drv and document says it should be available i n app_top\patch\115\driver but for me it is not there. How it will be produced?
