Newly created record update issue in BI Publisher report.

 Hi Team,

what could be the reason and solution for the below case...


"User is going to view the report in Oracle BI publisher,
At the same time or few mins before, new record has been created in siebel crm(8.1)
After running the report this specific record is not showing in the report.."

is there browser's cache related issue or any other reason?
