Error while applying patch 3438354

Hi Team,

Customer is currently upgrading our e-business suite from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.2.
They have a two nodes
Node 1 : admin server + conc service
Node 2 : Other services

They are following document 284086.1 to apply Oracle Applications technology
Family pack 11i.ATG_PF.H(3438354). They have successfully installed all the prerequisites so far.
While going through step 8 of document to apply the unified patch driver u3438354.drv,
we get error.

Uploaded patch log file and worker logs.
