Validating a SIT segment from SSHR in 11.5.9

HI,

We are using 11.5.9 and SSHR 4.2.

We have been using a SIT process in SSHR which goes for approval. The structure of SIT is : Hire Date, Probation End Date, Comments and Probation status. (All segments are marked as NOT REQUIRED)

a) As soon as an employee record inserted into PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F, thru conc program, we are inserting a record into PER_PERSON_ANALYSES using create_sit api for two segments only (Hire date and Probation end date). Rest of the segments we are passing NULL values.

b) Manager  evaluates for this new employee using SSHR Manager Self Service . At this time, we need to validate
