Patch 14689993 has a pre-req "11073310" that doesn't exist

Hi,

I want to apply patch 14689993 for an issue with the statement date in Accounts Rweceivable being incorrect. However in the readme of the patch it states that there is a pre-req "11073310", however this patch doesn't exist.
