R31410 in update F3111 Mode

I ll be glad to know if there are same possibilities using standard function to maintain the relationship between F3111 and F4311 after running R31410 in update Part list mode:

I ll try to be clearer: i create a purchase order from P3111 Row Exit "Create OA" or from P3411 (MRP Process Message): then i modify Bill of material and i Re run the R31410 in Update mode; The result  is that F4311 mantain in the related fields the WO document number  but in F3111 this number are totally lost!
