after a power failure

in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) Question
All server do not mount pool's partition and the repository partition.

I tried in order:
- Add / remove admin server in the storage section
- Rescan physical disk
- Rescan servers
- Add / remove servers (except the master) in the pool:
   Currently the servers are no longer in the pool and I get the following error:
Job Internal Error (Operation)com.oracle.ovm.mgr.api.exception.FailedOperationException: OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: dispatch to server: MOVM1 failed. OVMAPI_4004E Server Failed Command: dispatch https://?uname?:?pwd?@192.168.81.23:8899/api/2 update_cluster_configuration, Status: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: exceptions.Exception:Unable to online cluster.

Every time the master is restarted , the only one still in the pool, I get the following warning:
