While applying 16355924:R12.AR.B patch, following forms ARXMACPC could not be generated

Hi All,
While applying 16355924:R12.AR.B patch, following forms could not be generated. We tried adadmin utility as well, but could not generate.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ar            forms/US            ARXMACPC.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.
Continue as if it were successful [No] :
