Button Toggle with method ToggleCycle

Hello,

Control 'Toggle' is defined as control on some standard applet like 'Agreement Detail Applet'. Control is associated to method 'ToggleCycle'. I find no description in bookshelf and MOS.

How can I use this method in order to toggle applet in static mode via button
