Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC)

Lock status

I have 3 OVS servers. Within the OVM manager interface, one of the servers has a lock and red symbol on the server.  I tried to restart the ovs-agent and the lock went away briefly and came back. I looked in the /var/log/messages file and the /var/log/xen/xend.log but no errors.  However, when I did a dmesg, I saw the following

ocfs2: Unaligned AIO/DIO on inode 657684 on device dm-1 by loop0
ocfs2: Unaligned AIO/DIO on inode 657684 on device dm-1 by loop0
ocfs2: Unaligned AIO/DIO on inode 657684 on device dm-1 by loop0

I entered the command multipath -ll and I located the lun but know errors.  Has anyone had this issue?
