ProvisionOrderSIResponseTask stucked at WaitForProvisioningCompleted ( Using 02A Cartridge OOTB)

Hi ,

AM using 7.2.0.4 version of OSM, i have installed 02A cartridges in production mode with SAF queuse in the PIP.

During E2E order flow testing and i have defined Orchestration Plan as below

Syncustomer - ProvisionOrder

ProvisionOrder-  FulfillBilling

The order is getting created from the COM to SOM and SOM to Provisoin also. During the proces of order processing in the SOM Provisioning we are  unable to upate the SOMprovisioing status back to COM via SOM Instance.

The order is getting stucked at "ProvisionOrderSubProcess " and status of the "WaitForProvisioningCompleted"

We are using the "OracleComms_OSM_O2A_SomProvisionVoIP_Sample" cartridge to test the E2E order
